30% Superior Cattle Tub for Beef Cattle  

High protein, only 10% NPN. High levels of trace minerals and vitamins. Can be fed late summer when pasture conditions decline and through winter feeding when low protein is a concern. Not recommended to feed if pastured with horses.

Feeding Directions

Superior cattle block 30% Supplement Blocks for Beef Cattle are designed to be self-fed to beef cattle.  These blocks are formulated to provide cattle with a protein supplement including essential vitamins and minerals.  Mature cattle should consume 0.25 kg to 0.5 kg/head/day.  Calves and yearling cattle should consume 0.2 kg to 0.4 kg/head/day. 

The rate of consumption may be regulated by increasing or decreasing, the number of cattle per block.  Begin with one block per 25 head of cattle.  Blocks should be place near water, or loafing areas, to assure maximum exposure to cattle.  Remove all other salt sources to aid in attracting cattle to the molasses block.

8:8 Mineral Tub for Beef Cattle 

A straight mineral tub with no added protein, this tub can be fed year-round and is best fed when protein is not a concern. With high levels of calcium, phosphorous, vitamins and trace minerals, this is an excellent choice to feed at breeding time and during calving. High levels of magnesium help prevent grass tetany on summer pasture.
